So good!! I think it's safe and good because it's warm and increases gradually from 60 degrees. As someone said, if you raise it to 100 degrees, it's a little swollen, but it's dying. I'm scared because the table is made of wood, so it's being set at about 80 degrees. I also came as a European type with a pig's nose, but when I plug it in with a multi-tap, it's loose. However, I didn't worry because arm type codes are so common. It's a 2.5A 250V standard, so I plugged in a bracelet code to leave at home, but it fits well and is good.
